By accessing or using Studenty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
Studenty is a marketplace platform only. We do not process payments, guarantee transactions, or act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. All transactions are conducted directly between users. Users are solely responsible for the completion, quality, and safety of their transactions.
You must be at least 18 years of age or a currently enrolled college or university student to use this platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of enrollment at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Sellers are responsible for accurately describing the condition and details of each item listed. Prices must be set in good faith. Misleading or fraudulent listings may result in account suspension. You receive 3 free listings upon account creation. Each additional listing costs $0.50. Listing fees are non-refundable. Listing titles cannot be edited after publication.
All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments or guarantee the completion of any transaction. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before finalizing a purchase and to meet in safe, public locations on campus.
Users may not list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited materials. Harassment, spam, and any form of discriminatory behavior are strictly forbidden. Attempting to circumvent platform safety features or exploit other users will result in immediate account termination.
You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your account data will be retained for up to 180 days for security and legal compliance purposes before permanent deletion. During this retention period, your data is not accessible to other users.
This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from transactions between users, including but not limited to financial loss, personal injury, or property damage. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the app and take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
